A big thank you to Stuart for taking part in our latest Vox Plops film and helping to spark honest conversations about poo, toilet habits, and bowel cancer. 🙌🧻
We know it sounds cheeky - but there’s a life-saving message behind it.
Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK, and when caught early, it’s very treatable. That’s why it's so important to know what to look out for.
Symptoms of bowel cancer can include:
💩Bleeding from your bottom or blood in your poo
💩A persistent change in bowel habits (e.g. needing to poo more often, looser stools)
💩A lump or pain in your tummy
💩Unexplained weight loss
💩Extreme tiredness or breathlessness for no obvious reason
If you notice anything unusual or persistent, please don’t ignore it – speak to your GP.
👉 Keep an eye out for our short films over the coming days. They’re real, honest, and could help start life-saving conversations.
Please watch, talk, and share with friends and family.
You never know - your loo could save you. ❤️
