🌿 Over a decade ago, I cleared 25 years of chronic asthma — not for moral reasons, I was just a picky eater.
Going vegan changed my life, but it wasn’t a sustainable long-term diet for me. It gave me a lot… yet something was always missing.
After moving to the UK, i felt my diet and overall health dipped. Convenience crept in, and I stopped paying attention.
Lately, I’ve been checking labels again — even on simple things like veg stock — and noticing all the fillers and additives (I understand why they’re there, shelf life matters).
So I’m going back to basics: making my own, slow, simple, conscious — like I used to be.
Through all of this, one thing is clear:
✨ No one way of eating or diet is better than another — it’s whatever works for YOU, and no one else.
Just because someone eats differently doesn’t mean they’re wrong. It works for them.
Holistic wellness isn’t about perfection.
It’s about honesty, awareness, and growth.
