Taking your temperature every morning might seem small, but it can have a big impact when you are trying for a baby.

Your Basal Body Temperature changes through your cycle. Tracking it before you get out of bed can reveal when you are ovulating.

One woman we worked with started charting her BBT alongside weekly reflexology. After 18 months of trying, her cycle became more regular and she conceived within 8 months. She is now a mum to a healthy baby girl 🥰

Sometimes, simple daily habits can lead to life-changing results.

Fingers crossed! 🤞🤞

I thought it was worth mentioning that hot weather can affect fertility in both men and women.
🔥 For men, overheating (especially around the groin area) can lower s***m count and affect motility.
🔥 For women, extreme heat can disrupt hormone balance, affect menstrual cycles, and increase inflammation- all of which can make conception more difficult.

How to protect your fertility in the heat:
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Avoid hot tubs, saunas & tight clothing
✅ Keep your core body temperature cool
✅ Choose light, breathable fabrics
✅ Prioritise stress-reducing practices (like reflexology!)
Reflexology can help your body stay balanced, support hormone health, and reduce stress- no matter the season. 🌿

Someone commented on one of our posts to say:
"What is Reproductive Reflexology?"

Great question, and we’re glad you asked!

Reproductive Reflexology (Reproflexology™) is a specialised form of reflexology that supports fertility and reproductive health for both women and men.

👣 It’s much more than a foot massage. Our trained reflexologists use medical testing to guide treatments and monitor progress.

Treatments may help with:

✅ Regulating menstrual cycles
✅ Improving s***m quality and function
✅ Identifying and supporting underlying reproductive conditions

We focus on the whole person. That includes physical health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle factors, because every part of your health matters.

Whether you're trying to conceive naturally or using fertility treatments such as Clomid, IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor cycles or surrogacy, Reproflexology™ can offer support throughout your journey.

💚 Want to learn more or find a practitioner near you? Send us a message or visit our website. We have a global directory 🌍

It’s not just work- it’s a passion. And I’m loving every second of it. 🤍

🌿 Seeking Volunteer Couple for Fertility Reflexology Case Study (near Saffron Walden, Essex) 🌿
I’ve recently trained in Reproductive Reflexology, to support people on their fertility journey. The following link provides more information on the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, including a data collection study of 180 clients, who were receiving reproductive reflexology whilst trying to conceive. https://reproductivereflexologists.org/
I’m now looking for a volunteer couple, ideally one person with female reproductive anatomy and one with male reproductive anatomy, so that I can apply protocols relevant to both.

🤍 What’s involved:
• An in-depth pre-conception questionnaire to understand your fertility history and journey so far
• A confidential consultation to build a personalised treatment plan for both partners
• If you’ve had any relevant fertility tests or hormone results, it will be very helpful to see copies- but this is optional and will be treated with full confidentiality
• Around 6 reflexology treatments over 2–3 months to support reproductive health
📍 Must be based near Saffron Walden, as treatments will be held in person.
💷 There is no charge for taking part, but optional donations are welcome to help support me during my studies- entirely up to you.
🗂️ All personal information is handled in strictest confidence and will only be shared with my tutor, if required for training purposes, and only with your permission.

If you or someone you know might be interested- whether you're just beginning to try or have been on the journey for a while, please message me directly or WhatsApp me on 07538450051 for more details. This is a meaningful opportunity to receive supportive, holistic care while helping me with my specialist training.

🦶 Reflexology vs Foot Massage, What’s the Difference?

Both feel good. Both involve the feet, but they are not the same.

A foot massage is a nice way to relax, using slow, flowing strokes and oils to soothe tired feet. It is comforting and pampering, great to feel calm.

Reflexology, on the other hand, is a therapeutic treatment. It is grounded in knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the body's reflex zones.

As professionally trained reflexologists, we ask about your health issues so we can work with precision, stimulating specific points on the feet and/or hands, ears and face that correspond to organs, glands, and systems in the body to help improve what is happening with your health issues.

The goal is to support your health, restore balance, and activate your body’s natural healing processes.

So while foot massage nurtures the feet, reflexology supports the whole person: body, mind, and nervous system.

With Reflexology, we will feel relaxed 👍more importantly, we will feel more aligned 😄✔️

Secondary infertility can be experienced by parents who had a smooth and uneventful first pregnancy.

Parents experiencing difficulty in getting pregnant a second time around often feel confused and upset, wondering what they did wrong. But it's more common than you might think.

The Times newspaper in the UK has run a couple of stories on this recently and they wrote:

"Fertility specialists say they are seeing more patients like this. Secondary infertility is estimated to affect about one in 20 couples trying for a second child."

One of the ways couples overcome secondary infertility is by using reproductive reflexology as a treatment.

In fact, our highly trained reproductive reflexologists regularly report successes supporting families to overcome secondary infertility alongside more traditional medical support.

In our system "Reproflexology™" testing, specific & prescriptive treatment protocols to address fertility health for both men and women, regulating menstrual cycles and working with men to improve s***m production and functionality are just some of the ways we support couples to become pregnant.

You can find a local reproductive reflexologist by using the global directory on our website.
