3 techniques that you can use to enhance positive self-talk:

❤️ Start with self-compassion
Remember that what you're experiencing is normal and natural. You're human, and other people deal with this too.

🥰Point out positive facts
Set aside 5-15 min every day (morning or night) to practice gratitude and write out some positive self-talk. p.s. It's going to feel weird at first).

🗣️ Reframe
Practice reframing events, circumstances, and situations from negative to positive.
p.s. two we like for this are, "Yes, but..." and "I get to..."
