Join my regular Wednesday night Mindfulness & Meditation session (via zoom). We start at 19:30 - 20:00.

Its a great friendly group and a chance to learn about Mindfulness & Meditation tools and techniques and is completely FREE and suitable for everyone no matter if you have never practiced or if you practice every day.

This Wednesday will be all about Spring, what we notice, what we think and how it can change our mood. There will be a nice meditation, a chance to completely let go and unwind from your day and may even help you get a better nights sleep.

Wishing everyone a peace filled 2025. Do the things that bring you joy. Life is for living. Go out in nature - be by the water...

There is no "new you" the you now (or the "old" you) is ENOUGH!

There is no need to keep reinventing yourself.. Personal growth and change is expected but does not change your authenticity - who you are inside...

Keep bringing joy to others but make the space to put yourself first!

Spend time in meditation, eat the things that keep you well and healthy and move only to the beat of your own drum... Its the only sound that matters - your own heart beating πŸ©΅πŸ’™πŸ’œ

So this week and next week are the last "Don't Get the hump day" - FREE Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions before a short break for the holidays.

This week will be Sound Healing and Meditation. Just turn up, bring a blanket, find somewhere you can be still and enjoy the healing energy. 19:30 Wednesday night via zoom - 30 minute session. Its so busy right now, self care is extra important so why not join us? you can spare 30 minutes, though we tell ourselves we can't. You will be happy that you joined and it will encourage a good nights sleep.

This week at the weekly Wednesday session of "Don't get the hump day" free mindfulness and meditation group we will be exploring the pre holiday rush where it may feel like you have 1000 things to do and 1 hour to do them..

You might be looking at others and comparing what you are doing and how "badly" you are doing it... You might feel so overwhelmed that you cant even do 1 thing let along all the "things" you need to do before Xmas...

Join the online group for tools and techniques of how to manage yourself at this busy time of year. Expect chat, meditation and relaxation - who knows you might come away with a plan to do the important things - giving yourself the headspace to slow down and think before rushing about.

Here are the dates for "Don't Get the hump Day" free Mindfulness & Meditation group online sessions before Xmas.

I will break from 18th December until the 15th January 2025.

There are 3 more sessions before we break for Xmas so I hope you will join - it might keep you sane during such a busy time!

I am still teaching private clients until 21st December and of course if you really need a session - don't hesitate to get in touch at anytime.

This week at Don't get the Hump day - Free meditation and mindfulness online group, we will be practicing "Sitting Meditation".

Often in the group I encourage you to just be comfortable in whatever position you want but this week Wednesday 19:30 - 20:00 we will be taking our seat and I will be explaining more about the posture and the importance of sitting and meditating rather than lying down (or any other position).

You can sign up for the session free from my website or DM and I will share the link with you.

All welcome - its a great group, you can turn your camera off once we start if you prefer.

I learnt and experienced so much. It went too fast… it’s not often we gift ourselves time for self exploration and reflection and to experience and learn outside of the everyday hustle of life.

Thank you to Yantara and to .soul.alchemy for holding space. Thank you to the gentle people that were there for creating an open and welcoming space to spend 2 full days in.

Lots to reflect on and lots to revisit. Thank you πŸ™

Something I do often is reflect on where I am. Reflection reminds us of what we have achieved, what we have felt, where we have been and how we got to this moment now.

Tonights "Don't get the hump day" - free Mindfulness and meditation session will have a focus on just that. Please bring a notepad or journal with you.

Expect some meditation, reflection and a little chat (if you feel like it). Everyone welcome.

Continuing with our ways to be mindful and different meditations, this week we will be practicing Visualisation.

Nothing complicated here, I will ask you to close your eyes or lower your gaze and I will guide you through a meditation where I will describe thing for you to imagine in your mind. This sort of meditation is good for you if you find yourself frustrated by thoughts popping in when you try to meditate.

Join us via zoom at 19:30 - 20:00. Camera can be on or off and you can choose to speak and join to share your experience or just sit or lay quietly. No pressure.

Completely free and a great small group. We always welcome new people and those just starting out on their mindfulness and meditation journey.
