I’ve had quite a journey this past year. After leaving my 24 year career as a company director and event manager I took the enormous step of following my dream to pursue a career in holistic therapies. Its been quite a year of
Self discovery, self love, healing, being a busy mum to my three amazing children and retraining to be able to be my more authentic self. I’ve been practicing holistic massage for 7 years already and have now qualified in reiki levels 1&2 so can add that to my treatments. I’ve also just completed my baby massage training and am really looking forward to bringing these beautiful classes to parents and babies. NURTURE HARMONICS - A brand new parent & baby class which is as much about YOU as is it for your baby. This is your invitation to slow down, to find a moment to breathe in your busy schedule and to connect with your baby in a unique way. You will leave relaxed and revived - we promise!

💜SOUND MEDITATION - All you need to do is lie down and listen as we go on a sound journey which will soothe and relax you. Deeply healing & energising soundscape. The babies love it too!
🩵BABY MASSAGE - we will then give the babies a relaxing baby massage to bond and connect with your little love.
🩷MINDFULNESS - meditation and mindful activities
💙 CONNECTION - Build your village with other like minded parents
