My goodness — I’m so touched by this review 😅 It’s really heartwarming to hear what they get out of our sessions.

This lovely human and I were talking about how a beautiful synergy unfolds during a session: as you go deeper, becoming more present and still, the shift you’re experiencing allows me to become more present and still too — which then invites you to go even deeper, easing tension in both body and mind.

I think it’s the creation of this gentle yet powerful feedback loop that contributes to the lightness and ease you feel after a session ❤️

Just a few highlights from a recent family trip to Hong Kong. It was much colder than I was expecting! But the food was great (of course!) and I got to eat a lot of durian (controversial, I know 🤭). I also got to practise my very rusty Cantonese. 😁

And who knew there were so many friendly cats in HK?! I’d never seen so many cats actively wanting pets! And my goodness, they were so vocal about it 😂

The monastery was very peaceful and beautiful. And I loved the evening chanting. You should definitely visit if you get the chance.

I feel closer and closer to my roots the older I get and it was wonderful to be back there again. 💛

Happy New Year!!! 🥳

2025 was a rather challenging year, but as we start 2026, my heart is feeling so full. 🥰

I feel so grateful for all the wonderful people in my life— my family, my friends and everyone who has supported me in this exciting new endeavour. I’m also feeling grateful for my different professional hats, which allow me to support people in different ways.

I’ll be starting a yoga therapy diploma with The Minded Institute later this year— can’t wait! A blending of my medical and yoga hats is just what I’ve been searching for. ❤️

Wishing you all a very happy 2026, filled with peace, joy, good health and prosperity.

Holding space. To be present with what is — with kindness, compassion, and non-judgement.

Sometimes, in caring work — or even just in life — it’s easy to feel like our role is to fix, soothe, or make things better.

What I’m noticing, though, is that the real work is in simply holding space — being present with whatever comes up.

Space to feel.

Space to be.

Space for awareness and one’s own wisdom to arise.

It’s not always easy or comfortable. But there’s something quietly transformative in the safety of just being able to be.

Have you noticed how things shift when someone simply holds space for you — or when you hold space for yourself? ❤️
