What's your "felt sense" telling you that you need, right now?
Balance is not about "equal and opposite forces" to counteract each other. That's way too simplistic - as attractive an idea as it can be, it's a concept that doesn't really translate well in reality. Because we're complex beings who follow cycles - our wellbeing is not linear, it's cyclical and needs engagement and deep consideration.
So... what is present for you right now, and what is your felt sense telling you your need is?
