Business Development Associate

6-Month Contract | Potential to Go Permanent | Hybrid Role

Penwith Ear Care is looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Associate to join the company. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the business.

Penwith Ear Care is a start-up with ambitious goals, and the company needs someone with a proven track record of scaling small businesses to help reach the next level of profitability and success.

As the Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for Penwith Ear Care. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only develop growth strategies but also execute them, working closely with the management to expand reach, attract new clients, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Generating Leads: Finding and contacting potential new clients, such as local care homes, GP surgeries, and other health professionals, to introduce our services.
• Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to secure ongoing business.
• Sales and Promotion: Arranging and attending meetings to present our services, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals.
• Market Research: Identifying new opportunities and markets for us to expand into.
• Administrative Support: Keeping a record of your sales activities, client data, and revenue.

About You
• Proven track record: You have hands-on experience helping small businesses grow and scale.
• Self-motivated: A go-getter who thrives independently without the need for constant supervision.
• Strategic thinker: Able to see the bigger picture while managing the details needed for ex*****on.
• Excellent communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
• Flexible: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, splitting time between home and our clinic.

The Details
• Contract: 6-month initial contract with the opportunity to become permanent, subject to performance.
• Location: Hybrid (remote working plus clinic-based days).
• Equipment: Laptop and phone provided.
