Facial reflexology focuses on reflex (pressure) points on the face, which help stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms and help improve circulation and nerve conduction, encouraging the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system. Balancing reflex points in the face connect to and help balance the entire body.

The face provides a beautiful and precise tool to read what is going on within the body’s internal organs, central nervous system and neuro-biological systems. The face’s close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves especially make Facial Reflexology very powerful in impacting body systems.

Stress doesn’t just affect the mind — it shows up in the body too.
Common signs include:
✨ Tight shoulders or jaw
✨ Shallow breathing
✨ Digestive discomfort
✨ Headaches or mental fog
✨ Poor sleep

Reflexology helps interrupt stress patterns and bring the body back into a calm, balanced state.

Your feet tell the story — and they can help bring relief.

Facial cupping is incredibly relaxing and at the same time tones the muscles and increases blood flow. This process stimulates the production of collagen and elastin which plump and tighten the muscle structure of the face. The lymphatic drainage element removes puffiness and helps clear the skin. It can also lessen pigmentation, producing a more even skin tone after just a few treatments.

The process draws blood flow towards the surface of the skin. The suction tricks the skin into thinking it has been damaged similar to the experience of micro-needling; this triggers the body to repair itself. The natural healing process in the skin stimulates the production of oxygenated blood, collagen and fibroblast cells, resulting in the skin looking plump, glowing and healthy.

Try this simple stretch routine to release tension in your hands and forearms:

- Extend your arm and gently pull fingers back toward you
- Rotate wrists slowly in circles
- Massage the base of your thumb

These small movements help reduce tension from daily device use and support your reflexology results.

As we transition into spring, it’s common for the immune system to feel a little sluggish. Reflexology stimulates reflex points connected to the lymphatic and immune systems, helping your body function more efficiently and feel more resilient.

A wonderful way to support your wellbeing during seasonal changes.

About Me

For my working career I have worked both in private and public companies, most recently working in HR and fully understand the pressures work can cause. Due to being medically retired I decided to use my knowledge and experience and re-train in Reflexology with the International Institute of Reflexologists and trained using the original Ingham method. I am a member of the International Institute of Reflexologists (IIR) and Association of Reflexologists (AOR).
