Just a quick update.
This page has been very quiet recently due to an increase in workload for myself and husband (in our non herbalife jobs!)
For this reason Lawrence has taken a back step in our Herbalife business but is fully supportive of me and the business we have built together.
It’s been a juggle so I have had to make some changes and with this in mind I have decided to focus on my own personal Instagram page so please head over and follow me there!

It’s ok to take time out and I’ve done exactly that this week! A phone detox was just what I needed, I’ve felt calmer and less pressured and I’ve also slept better!

Its back for October/November

So we are going again ,in these uncertain times we feel it isnt just physically but mentally people are struggling.

⚡️21 day challenge result ⚡️
What a Transformation for one of my clients!
This is what can happen when you fuel your body correctly.
Just by making a few changes my client was able to lose over a stone in weight and 6inch from her waist - overall she lost a total of 21 inches from her body measurements in just 21 days.
She is feeling happier and healthier and looking forward to the August challenge.
