Hi guys, this is a little announcement to say that I will be taking a break from all my social media

Sober Girls Manchester will still very much continue, it will just operate slightly different

Our WhatsApp support group will still be running as this is, and was, the first point of contact for any sober or sober curious ladies in Manchester, here you will be able to connect with like minded ladies in your area & form some of the most beautiful friendships ๐Ÿฉท

For the time being I haven't planned any official events for Sober Girls Manchester going forward. We will of course, continue to meet for coffees, walks, and the group will hopefully be a platform for ladies to organise their own meet ups & events

Sober Girls Manchester is and will always be my baby, rewind two years ago where I was using drugs & alcohol regularly, and literally watching my life crumble in front of me- I could never ever have invisaged my life as it is now

I will never stop appreciating the journey I have and continue to be on. I have met some of the most incredible people & been offered so many beautiful opportunities

I have tried to continue doing everything I was before I started working full time, and as a result of this I have not been able to give my full time & attention to the people I love most, and it has began to impact my mental health

At fear of the people i love feeling neglected I have decided to take a break of trying to take on the world ๐Ÿคฃ

I was part of the trenders chat show for !!! What an incredible experience it was being in the studios, meeting the staff, and just being made to feel so so welcome from the minute I stepped foot in the building

Girls I will never, EVER stop flying the flag for us
I will shout it from the roof tops if I have too
I will continue to make sure that we are, time and time again, reducing the amount of people who feel isolated due to their relationship with alcohol
