⁉️Why cardio ⁉️
Not on prep , not on a cut so then why ?
Before I decided to go on prep - which’s around after the first lockdown- I was chasing to be lean at all the times .
I was lifting the weights but I wasn’t eating enough to build the muscle I wanted and doing a lot of cardio .
Once I started to prep , the pressure it put on me , triggered my binge eating disorder. So cardio for being lean swapped the place with extra cardio for punishment…
Long story short, cardio was either my punishment or chasing a dream in a wrong way …
Now I’m older , wiser with a better headspace and knowledge.
Cardio right now for me to ;
✅Clear my head
✅Keep me fit
✅Have a better cardiovascular health
✅Not feel like I have done nothing on my rest day
If you are feeling the way I used to do , may be it’s time to figure out what you really want for yourself and your body , make a peace with yourself and do the right thing for the right reasons 👊🏼
