Well what can I say. What a performance from both groups this morning the improvements by everyone are clearly evident to see. Immensely proud to call you my team.....still buzzing now.

Hopefully now you have a fantastic amount of personal performance data demonstrating the progress you are making and that we can now build on..I can not emphasise more how important what we did today is.

Checkout the knowledge and understanding group for all Leaderboard information over the next few days. Records broken all over the place this morning. Some incredible feats of strength on display You know the weak areas now and your strong points, build from here.

John Royle performance on the Deadlift has to be the highlight of the day.....what a lift. The hand scars to.go with it.

Onto next week for a bit more...
