❤️⚽ Proud moment for Talk About It Mate.

We’re delighted to be named the first ever Charity of the Month by Foundation 92 and to be growing a strong community partnership together.

Even better, over 20 of our lads are heading to the Salford City FC vs Newport County game tonight — and for some, it’ll be their very first live football match.

This is what community partnership looks like. Onwards, together.

Our Mission

Talk About It Mate has grown from a Meetup group where a handful of people would meet to a community of people forming friendships and supporting each other with their mental health. We run various events and we are here if you need to contact us. We can signpost you in the right direction for your needs.

I do this because I care and because I love it. Through my own openness, honesty and integrity, I know I am making a difference to peoples lives, however small. I aim to make this my career and help in different ways. I am no better than anyone out there and I have my own issues to deal with, yet I genuinely think that as this group grows it can enhance the wellbeing of many.
