Hip releasing class this Friday morning (24 March) 's Fields, Winterslow, nr. Salisbury
Hips! My most-requested class focus so far. Many of us experience tightness in this area, often due to long periods spent sitting down during the day.
When the hips are tight, they can place additional load on the back and cause overuse of the spine. Opening, or releasing the hips increases the range of movement and blood circulation whilst reducing stiffness in the back.
