Hey everyone ❤️🙏

Exciting changes are happening!

I’m no longer running bootcamp women on the green sessions in Allington, I’ve had to step away from using the new hall also due to difficult communications and general unhelpfulness.

However, I do offer small group PT sessions (there’s currently a waitlist — reach out if you’d like to join it). I’ll also continue hosting yoga, sound bath workshops, and Wild Women gatherings, which are shared on my other page Wild Roots Wellbeing.

This page will now be dedicated to my ADHD-inspired entrepreneurial side hobby: jewelry making!

Stay tuned for pop-up sales both online and in person. Watch this space for beautiful, unique pieces crafted with love.

Ladies just pre planning for when the Allington hall opens....

Would there be Interest for a gentle Yoga class? Gentle as in, beginners and more like relaxed than energetic.

Would be one evening depending on availability around 7pm.

Also....

An indoor fitness class like a legs bums and tums style? Maybe introducing some equipment.

I've been a little quiet on here, but every week we've had our wonderful group meeting on a Monday for outdoor fitness fun and Tuesday a group walk/jog. It's been truly wonderful and I really hope to see some new faces in the new year.

Tommorow is our last session of the year 💜💪

A lovely Christmas get together for our fitness group this evening. This group is more than just working out, a group for friendship, supporting eachother. Tonight we all bought a board of food.... Share mulled wine, played board games and made a beautiful wreath from foraged items. All of this for free. Our fitness group is more than a fitness class ❤️ I'm so grateful for these beautiful women coming into my life, you def meet people for a reason.
