I know stepping out of a comfort zone can feel scary.
Especially when that โ€œcomfortโ€ has been your reality for a long time. But hereโ€™s the honest question I had to ask myself:

Why am I choosing something that didnโ€™t actually feel goodโ€ฆ just familiar.

I realised I wasnโ€™t staying because it was comfortable - I was staying because I knew it.

We have the ability to heal the thoughts and beliefs in our brain that donโ€™t serve us anymore. Because if your thoughts make you sick, they can also make you better. Follow for more. โค๏ธ

In order for things to change you have to be better than your environment. ๐Ÿฅฐ

This simple exercise reduces the brains need to scan for danger - and starts mapping out new neural pathways. Pain is absolutely real and deserves to be heard - yet we can absolutely ease the fear that surrounds it. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

The path that leads us to who we truly are is a powerful one, one that reveals itself only when we are ready to see it.

My journey isnโ€™t more harsh, or potent than the next. However it has taken me through the emotional, the physical, the metaphysical, and back. Whilst still learning and expanding my path every day. ๐Ÿฅฐ
