Ongoing chronic pain is a real physical discomfort that occurs within the body. There’s no doubt about that.

However what drives the pain can sometimes run a little deeper than physical. It can also trigger areas of our nervous system, emotional health and core subconscious beliefs.

And subconscious healing allows you to tap into those areas, identify the root and begin rebuilding your health to exactly the way that you want. 🌿✨

ME/CFS is very real and can be incredibly debilitating. Even the smallest tasks can leave the body needing a long stretch of time to refuel. When I went through CFS myself, I remember feeling completely defeated at times, and honestly… I understand that frustration.

But over time I began noticing a pattern. My nervous system was constantly on high alert, as if my body was always trying to protect me from something. It made me realise that past experiences where my body had sensed danger were still being held in my system.

And the ability to break that pattern is absolutely possible. 🙏🏽💛

Our brain does exactly what it’s designed to do in moments of danger or threat. It will always choose safety over anything else.

However after time has passed without those traumatic events being processed, our emotional reaction to that will remain on autopilot.

So it’s ultimately up to us to change our current state by working on what’s keeping us stuck.

Many of us are so quick to increase the speed of life.
Because somewhere along the way we learned that slowing down maybe meant falling behind, missing out, or loosing control.

The truth is, Devine timing is the real deal. 🙌🏽 And anything that is truly meant for you, will never pass you by.

Move slower, and healing begins to reveal itself.
And peace can begin to return to the body. 🌿

Pain exists when our outer layers of health become compromised. And it’s usually something in our environment that triggers us. The body then reacts a certain type of way at this point.

The good news is that the pain we experience can be healed. It’s in the subconscious healing work where healing is truly possible. ❤️

The environment we experience will define the way we live our life as an adult. And a lot of the time without realising, we take it on as an identity.

However, if we feel stuck in something that doesn’t feel good, we have the ability to become unstuck. To break patterns that do not fit where we want to go. Change your beliefs, you change your life. 🚀

Who you truly are, that real you…is found inside. The one that doesn’t feel stress, pain, and makes themselves small to please others.

And so whilst we’re here, we must heal and get rid of the those things that keep us from who we are. 💫
