Counselling can enable you to talk about difficult situations and feelings with a trained practitioner. It is a process that may help with exploring your thoughts and emotions and gaining self-awareness. Knowing ourselves at a deeper level can enable us to make better decisions in life.

Sharon Edwards is a qualified counsellor & CBT therapist, and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her approach is integrative and humanistic, with Person Centred, CBT and compassion focussed influences, believing that the therapeutic relationship offers the potential for positive change.

She has extensive experience of working with people who have complex needs and brings these skills to her counselling practice.

The New Clinic is still in progress but things have been slow. It’s taken time with planning consents and the landlord meeting our head of contract requirements with luck we should be in the building by the end of the month. We are off to the NEC Birmingham at the end of November to get our couches and equipment. Exciting times for The Epione Clinic.
