We’ve completed the practitioner intensive course recently, another group of practitioners are now done with their learning. Next steps are for them to complete their case studies and attend a final assessment day in 6 months time and the will be fully qualified.

Functional Kinesiology Practitioner Course – Now in Progress

Our Functional Kinesiology Practitioner Course is currently underway, and it has been incredible to witness practitioners deepen their clinical confidence, refine their muscle-testing skills, and truly learn how to listen to the body.

This course is designed for those who want more than theory. It is practical, grounded, and clinically relevant—supporting you to understand why the body is stressed, not just where symptoms are showing up.

Throughout the training, practitioners are learning how to:
• Confidently assess stressors using functional muscle testing
• Identify nutritional, emotional, biochemical, and structural imbalances
• Build clear, ethical, and client-centred treatment plans
• Integrate Functional Kinesiology seamlessly into real-world practice

Whether you are a therapist looking to expand your toolkit, or someone feeling called into a deeper, more intuitive and evidence-informed way of working with health, this training offers a solid and supportive foundation.

✨ The current cohort is well underway, and future intakes will open soon.

As the year gently comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you.

To all of my clients, friends, and supporters — thank you for your trust, your openness, and for allowing me to walk alongside you on your wellness journeys this year. It has been an honour to support you, to witness your growth, resilience, and commitment to your health, and to share so many meaningful moments together.

Christmas is a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with ourselves, with those we love, and with what truly matters. I hope this season brings you rest, warmth, nourishment, and moments of deep peace.

🖐 Emotions don’t just live in the mind — they live in the body.

In Functional Kinesiology, muscle testing helps us uncover emotional stress that’s been stored for years.

The body might show this as:
• Tight shoulders (burden)
• Weak quads (self-worth)
• Tension in the jaw (unsaid words)

When we release the emotion, the body softens, the mind clears, and balance returns.

Teaching this work is one of the most beautiful parts of what I do — watching students see how gentle touch can create profound shifts. 💛

Your hormones and blood sugar are in constant conversation. When blood sugar drops, your adrenals release cortisol and adrenaline — sending your body into stress mode.

Over time this cycle can cause:
• Energy crashes
• Irritability
• Hormonal imbalance

💛 Balance tip:
✔ Eat PFC-balanced meals (Protein + Fat + Complex Carb)
✔ Avoid long gaps between meals

Level 1 a finished this weekend. Ladies came in nervous and left with knowledge and empowered.
Next level is November.

4 short months and an assesment and they will be fully proficient as foundation functional kinesiology.
