🖐 Emotions don’t just live in the mind — they live in the body.

In Functional Kinesiology, muscle testing helps us uncover emotional stress that’s been stored for years.

The body might show this as:
• Tight shoulders (burden)
• Weak quads (self-worth)
• Tension in the jaw (unsaid words)

When we release the emotion, the body softens, the mind clears, and balance returns.

Teaching this work is one of the most beautiful parts of what I do — watching students see how gentle touch can create profound shifts. 💛

Your hormones and blood sugar are in constant conversation. When blood sugar drops, your adrenals release cortisol and adrenaline — sending your body into stress mode.

Over time this cycle can cause:
• Energy crashes
• Irritability
• Hormonal imbalance

👉 Place your hand gently over your forehead (neurovascular points).
👉 Think about the stress or worry.
👉 Breathe.

Within moments, blood flow to the thinking brain increases, and the stress response calms.

• Inhale for 4
• Exhale for 6
• Repeat 5 times
