Floating Away with Resonate with Hope and Retreat at the Mill 🌀

Our floating sound baths are honestly something else… imagine lying back on a comfy double airbeds, eyes masks on, while waves of sound ripple through you. It’s not just relaxation, it’s release, renewal, and rising into something lighter.

The stunning Paula holds the space with her gongs, and trust me, she doesn’t just play them, she channels them. The sound wraps around you like a blanket, guiding you deeper into yourself.

We’re currently running these magical sessions in Todmorden and Whitworth, with a brand-new site on the way. Every event has its own energy, its own community, its own stillness that lingers long after.

Whether it’s your first time or you’re already a regular, come join us. Bring your open heart and let the sound do the rest.

Join Paula & Simon (aka ) for a groundbreaking Sound Bath experience that blends the ancient healing sounds of the gongs, bowls and chimes with the futuristic sounds of technology. This is a ' first - of- its- kind'.

🌊 What to Expect:
Paula will lead you through a beautiful sound journey using her gongs, singing bowls, and more. At the same time, Simon will weave in immersive natural sounds such as birdsong, waves, waterfalls and rainstorms using the magical digital wand, creating a 3D sonic landscape that moves around and through you.

🌀 Get Involved:
After the session, you’re invited to step into the experience yourself. Try your hand at triggering the spatial sounds or even play the gong or bowls. This is a chance to explore and connect with sound in a completely new way and maybe have some of those unanswered questions answered.

🍵 Stay for a Treat:
Enjoy a drink and sweet treat afterwards, and share your thoughts. We’d love your feedback as this is the very first event of its kind. This part of the evening is important to us. 🙏
