Join Paula & Simon (aka ) for a groundbreaking Sound Bath experience that blends the ancient healing sounds of the gongs, bowls and chimes with the futuristic sounds of technology. This is a ' first - of- its- kind'.

🌊 What to Expect:
Paula will lead you through a beautiful sound journey using her gongs, singing bowls, and more. At the same time, Simon will weave in immersive natural sounds such as birdsong, waves, waterfalls and rainstorms using the magical digital wand, creating a 3D sonic landscape that moves around and through you.

🌀 Get Involved:
After the session, you’re invited to step into the experience yourself. Try your hand at triggering the spatial sounds or even play the gong or bowls. This is a chance to explore and connect with sound in a completely new way and maybe have some of those unanswered questions answered.

🍵 Stay for a Treat:
Enjoy a drink and sweet treat afterwards, and share your thoughts. We’d love your feedback as this is the very first event of its kind. This part of the evening is important to us. 🙏

FRIDAY 30th MAY Yoga and Soundbath
There are a few spaces remaining for the next yoga and soundbath experience.

The first hour is dedicated to calming your nervous system after your week, grounding and preparing the body to rest and receive the soothing but activating quality of the soundbath.

Both the yoga and soundbath are suitable for beginners.

It is an immersive experience; which is different every time. We end the evening with a homemade treat and turmeric chai.

"Just wanted to say I woke up feeling absolutely marvellous today. Loved the soundbath so much, i'll definitely be back for another soon..."
