Really looking forward to be part of this Sacred Roots Gathering at the end of June..Created by the amazing medicine woman and being who is Jill Carolyn Russell aka The Gong Whisperer

Sacred Roots is a consciously curated weekend gathering held in the beautiful countryside at We Are Wild, near Darlington.
It’s not a festival in the usual sense…
It’s a return to what matters.
A return to:
• connection with self
• connection with nature
• connection with each other
Across the weekend, there will be a rich weave of offerings including:
• Sacred cacao ceremony & kirtan
• Deep sound journeys
• Shamanic journeys
• Breathwork
• Embodied dance & tribal flow
• Drumming circles & fireside songs
• Yoga, qi gong & somatic movement
• Healing tent & drop-in sessions
• Children’s nature-based activities
• Wild sauna & cold dips
You’ll also be held by a collective of incredible musicians and facilitators, bringing live music, rhythm, and voice into the space. We even have the Yawanawa Tribe coming along all the way from the heart of the Amazon! We will create so many moments of joy, depth, and real connection throughout the weekend.
At Sacred Roots, I’ll be offering a Summer Yoga Flow for adults, a gentle, seasonal practice to support you in reconnecting with yourself and the natural rhythms around you.
This session will invite you to:
• reconnect with nature and your place within it
• tune into the body’s natural cycles and rhythms
• move with awareness through both yin and yang meridian lines associated with summer
• gently awaken and ignite your inner sun
We’ll close with a Radiant Light meditation, offering space to integrate, soften, and rest.
