Delighted to announce that the amazing Andie will be offering a FREE taster class of her Chakra Dancing on Saturday 20thJune at 1045am. What is it I hear you cry- Chakra dancing and mindful meditation is a gentle journey of movement, breath, music, and stillness that helps balance the body, mind, and spirit. Through guided dance connected to each chakra, calming meditation, and the healing rhythms of the drum, participants are invited to release stress, reconnect with themselves, and raise their energy in a safe and uplifting space. No dance experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to move, breathe, and feel.
Andie is very kindly doing the class for free, all that we ask is a donation to Breast Cancer Now in memory of my sister Julie. PM me to book your place!
