Ear Wax Removal - Home Appointments available

We are a privately owned new business in the area. Between us we have over 50 years of NHS experience.

We have registered and licenced our new venture with all relevant authorities. All staff hold full Disclosure Scotland clearance.

All staff are NHS trained to the very latest NHS Standards. We conform to all current infection control requirements and guidelines provided by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence.

We are committed to only providing care and treatment if it is indicated and if it is safe to carry out. A telephone discussion will take place prior to your appointment and we will assess if you are suitable for treatment. If you are, we will guide you in what preparation you need to undertake ahead of us visiting. This is important as it means you will get the best possible results.

The equipment we use is the latest (and best) available. All instruments that go into your ear are single use only. We will wear the relevant personal protective equipment whilst caring for you.

The cost of the visit and for both ears to be treated is £40. A £15 non refundable deposit is payable in advance and this will be discussed with you at the time of your booking. In the event that your ears do not need irrigated at the time of our visit, there will be no further fee beyond the £15 deposit.

Our practitioners are NHS trained and our practice conforms to the guidelines provided by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence.

All staff are trained in infection control and personal protective equipment.

Our industry leading equipment is checked daily and cleaned, ready for use in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Any equipment that goes in your ear is single use only.

We will always ensure our clients safety and well-being comes first. We will not treat you if there are any contraindications that may cause an unsafe outcome.

We will only provide treatment if you need it, following examination and assessment, and you consent to us treating you.
