This is heartbreaking. 💔

A recent report has found that at least two children are stabbed to death every month in England.
These aren’t just numbers, these are children, families, futures lost.

This is exactly why Hearts In The Stand exists.

We cannot stand by and hope someone else will act.
We cannot accept this as “normal.”

At Hearts in the Stand, we are:
🚑 Empowering communities with CPR and life-saving skills
🩸 Delivering traumatic bleed control training
👥 Enabling communities to act in those critical first minutes

Because when something like this happens, time matters.
Before emergency services arrive, it is people, us, the public who can make the difference between life and death.

This isn’t just training.
This is prevention, awareness, and empowerment.

If we can equip even one person to step forward instead of stand back,
that’s a life with a fighting chance.

We will keep going.
We will keep showing up.
We will keep fighting for our communities.

Because enough is enough.

Every second counts when a heart stops. ❤️

CPR isn’t about restarting the heart, it’s about keeping blood and oxygen flowing to the brain and vital organs until help arrives.

When you press on the chest, you’re acting as the heart.
When you release, you’re allowing it to refill.

That simple rhythm can be the difference between life and death.

Most cardiac arrests happen at home, in front of the people we love.
