Heading into Mental Health Awareness Week and being mindful of what I’m feeding my body…
Yesterday there was cake… today there are carrots!! 🥕 🤭
Food most definitely affects your mood…. Always enjoy your food but be conscious of how you feel after.
Remember, one cake/biscuit/bag of crisps/glass of wine dosn’t HAVE to turn into a binge 🧁
If you dropped your phone and smashed it you’d be annoyed BUT you wouldn’t repeatedly throw it on the floor after would you?! 💁🏼‍♀️
