Wishing you all a Hoppy Easter 🐰

I’m taking some time to eat lots of hot cross buns (M&S lemon curd are my fave 🤩) and collecting mummy tax from my daughters chocolates 🤭 and lean into the magic of the here and now ✨

I’ll be back in office on April 10 🐣🐰

Let me know your favourite Easter treats in the comments!! 🙌🏽

Took a moment to have a mindful cuppa this afternoon and reflect on the first quarter of 2026.

In this busy life we run from one place to another, one meeting to another, one thing to the next - our endless to-do lists!

And what a meaningful and fulfilling start of the year - choosing to lean into connection and doing more of what fills my cup as a therapist super passionate about supporting women and mothers ❤️

This past week has felt extra special, connecting with beautiful souls like with their good vibes 🔥

And to the clients who choose to work with me - I am forever honoured to be part of your journey✨

If you’ve been thinking about therapy but not sure where to start, pop me an email: hello@therapywithdaniella.com

Family events and celebrations can be magical - but for SEN parents, it can also be completely overwhelming.

I had the pleasure of joining the brilliant for a webinar in December on navigating family events and celebrations as a SEN parent. We talked a lot about boundaries, self-regulation and advocacy.

Here are 4 things I want you to hold onto as a SEN parent next time you’re navigating social events💛

Save this for the next time the pressure feels like too much. And if this resonates, share it with a SEN parent who needs to hear it today.

Yesterday I attended Black Maternal Health Conference 2026🤍 As a mental health professional I know the statistics and I know that action is the only road towards change. And that’s why I was truly humbled and honoured to be a Speaker and provide psychological support on the day as their Resident Psychotherapist.

There are so many words I could use to describe the conversations and panels: powerful, frustrating, validating, honest, heartbreaking, hopeful. But “community” seems to capture it all.
The way women showed up for others in the room, the way organisations and allies support these women - it is awe inspiring. May we lean even more into our village 🤍

It was so lovely to see and so so many more beautiful organisations visible at the event.

Listening and leaning into the words from and so many more was powerful beyond words.

And connecting with inspiring women like .hall .sands.acc and other lovely women and mothers was like the biggest heart hug 🤍

Thank you and team - you are superwomen 🫶🏽

This is why I do the work that I do - for my community, for us, for my 2 curly hair daughters ❤️

One week to go 🙌🏽

I’m really looking forward to attending ‘s Black Maternal Health Conference next week Friday 🤍

We know the statistics. We know the numbers.
Together we can create meaningful change for our community 🫶🏽

I’ll be joining a panel discussion in the afternoon and am really looking forward to learning, reflecting and connecting.

Dear Allergy Parent,

Today was a tough day for me as an allergy parent, following a recent incident at school. And in the middle of it, I thought about you.

Because I know that so many of you are carrying this too - quietly, daily, and often without anyone truly understanding the weight of it.

I get it. I see you.

If this resonated, save it for the days when you need the reminder. And share it with another allergy parent who might need to hear this today 🤍

Sending you good intentions as always,
Daniella x

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍 May we continue to celebrate and uplift ALL women and girls 🙌🏽

There is more than enough room for us all at the table. Let us give each other credit, celebrate the wins, cultivate compassion for ourselves and others, and support each other 🌸

I have one ask of you - tell that girl/woman you admire that they rock!! Because chances are, she NEEDS and DESERVES to hear those words 🤍

Kindness is a funny one - it can evoke lots of feelings and meanings. It doesn’t mean weakness, rather it allows us the opportunity to lean int our common humanity.

It could look like:
✨holding the door open for a stranger
✨listening without judgement
✨sending good vibes to someone

And always remember to extend that same care, kindness and compassion to yourself 🤍
