The next common condition cats suffer with is urinary issues. While sometimes it is a behavioural issue sometimes medical intervention is needed.

This can be a fatal issue in male cats as they may become blocked and require emergency treatment.

I finished yesterday by visiting my regular little old ladies for their nails clips.

These lovely girls are 15 years old and such absolute poppets enjoying a fuss. This was the best photo I could get as their dreamies were far too exciting.

See you in a few weeks ladies πŸˆβ€β¬›β€οΈ

Had a lovely visit to this beautiful boy for a nail clip, he's quite possibly the biggest Labrador I've met but also the biggest softie!

He even greeted me by bringing out his big ted to say hello 🐾

February is Feline Health Month.

There are lots of different things that can affect cats throughout their life from being chosen to join your household and settling in, vaccinations, parasite treatment, surgeries and potentially medical conditions that require blood tests, urine tests, blood pressures and daily medication.

If you have any queries about your cats I am happy to guide you through how you can help to make the experiences as stress free as possible for your fur baby. πŸˆβ€β¬›

Below are my cats throughout the years who have guided and shaped me into being the crazy cat lady I am. From my tuxedo boy who first introduced me to nursing a week before I applied for a training place, my girl who streamlined my focus into renal disease in cats, my big boy who was diabetic, my panther who had IBD and my little stripey lady-shes just a crazy kitten ❀️

Yesterday morning I was lucky enough to be invited to a meet up with other local animal related businesses.

I met dog walkers, an animal reiki practitioner, a vegan dog treat baker and an animal physiotherapist to name a few.

It was so lovely to meet and talk to so many like minded animals lovers πŸ«–πŸΎ

Had a lovely visit to this handsome fluff ball today as he had some tight matts that needed clipping out...sounds easy enough. With my trusty treat mat covered in catnip mousse we began, however he had other plans πŸ™ˆπŸ€£

We took our time and clipped him in stages to allow for a break in between matts, making sure he could have a little snack.

Once we were finished he was feeling very playful and his little sister snuck in to clear up anything remaining on the mat.

So lovely to meet you both πŸˆβ€β¬›β€οΈπŸˆβ€β¬›

Yesterday continued to be kitty cat focussed as I went to see this handsome chap and provided him with a welfare groom as he struggles to groom his lower back.

Thank goodness for treat mats with a lovely catnip mousse kept him occupied while the clippers sorted his fur leaving him a lot more comfortable. πŸͺ’πŸ˜Έ
