🍂 Super excited to share with you our first autumnal celebration, honouring the Autumn Equinox. 🍁

🐾 Join us on Saturday, 20th September, for a twilight evening of healing and enchantment. 🧘‍♂️

Starting at 4pm until 6pm. Meeting at Raincliffe Woods, Gate Car Park, Low Road, Scarborough. 🌳

✨ Please bring with you a yoga mat or something to sit on, sensible warm and waterproof clothing, a bottle of water, nibbles/snacks and your journal/notebook and pen.

🌈 Everyone welcome 12+ (Under 17s must be accompanied by an adult). Sadly this is not a dog-friendly event due to the meditation practice & drumming. If you have any accessibility requirements, please get in touch so we can assist you further. 🦔

Our aims are simple:

✨ To nurture connection, better health, and self-care within our local community.

✨ To support individuals and groups in discovering tools that enhance their mind, body, and spirit.

From wellness mornings and community gatherings to workshops and holistic practices including Complementary Therapies, Meditation, Mindfulness, Sound Therapy & Tai Chi, our focus is on empowering people to live healthier, more balanced lives while building a sense of belonging and support.🌹
