It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jan, who ran Scarborough Collectables for many years and was a true ambassador for the market. Jan passed away on 27 January 2026.

Jan’s warm smile and welcoming presence will be deeply missed by traders and customers alike. Today we say goodbye and give thanks for all the hard work and dedication Jan gave to the market. Our thoughts are with Jan’s family and close friends at this difficult time.
