A Better You Counselling and Coaching I am an integrational coach/therapist. I have a B.A (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Counselling ski I work with whatever clients bring.

That means I can offer counselling, coaching or, quite often, I find I use Personal Consultancy - which is a model of coaching which can address the motivational, goal setting element of coaching but also addresses issues which need to be dealt with at more relational depth (counselling. I think one of the best ways of describing it might be :- moving from 2nd gear (counselling) to 3rd gear (coaching) and back, whenever necessary. Clients I have used this with have found it a powerful process.
