⚜️Transformation does not happen through force.

🌸Celebrating the mothers today -

all the mothers -the greatmother -the earth mother -the grandmothers -the daughters who are unable to see or tell their mothers how much they love them today.

To all the ones who haven’t got to create life in the way they wanted tenderly holding you also.

I don’t take my role as a Mother lightly. It is a gift that I acknowledge and try to savour daily. I want my children to become a part of the change- helping create a better life for ALL.

I am praying that that pure motherly divine sacred love -that I believe is what makes the world go round, creates and sustains all of life -flows into every corner of the world and every heart today -beaming blessings to one and all.

I would love to invite you to a free Rose Goddess gathering on Friday 13th ~ a soft space to land, receive, and reconnect.

This is a come-as-you-are circle.
On the evening, you will receive a distance Sekhem quantum healing within a held and intentional field. Together, we will gently settle our nervous systems and open space for restoration.

Generational healing…

Yes this is a post to explain how beautiful Sundays international women’s day retreat was.

All 15 women going home feeling replenished and full of the blessings of the day.

Exactly what happens in my spaces and what I am an expert on after 14 years of experience.

Knowing the ripple that this then causes- is what truly fills my heart.

Women think they’re coming just for them- forgetting that as Mums, daughters, carers, community members they will be spreading that harmonic vibration to all they come across, including infusing that to their homes and neighbourhoods.

For me this was extra special as I not only support others in their own ancestral, generational, mitochondrial DNA healing- but have done my own for over 20 years now.

My Mum (who has suffered with her own mental health issues all of my life) came of Sunday. I spoke about her Grandmother (on her father’s side) my Great Grandmother- who ran her own IWD event in 1947! Margaret was placed on the altar to honour my lineage.

At the end I sang a song written by me and my 7 year old daughter to the women - including my mum- and felt the potency of this healing work and how we can never truly know the magnitude of these changes were consciously making to walk the earth in a new way & pave new paths for the next generation…

But I am so grateful to be choosing to be a way shower 🌹🙏🏽💫💕
