Change the way your childs mindset is with support from some of the courses available.

Is your child/teenager struggling with emotions, freindships, school avoidance, panic attacks, behavoriual issues.

I have new availability on Tuesday 4pm - 5pm and Thursday 5.30pm - 6.30pm

To book in on one of the 1.1 sessions, to attend 12 week courses or to find out more info drop me a message each are £25 per hour.

All sessions are hands on with practical activities link to their interests to engage the student in a home from home environment.

Many people, especially younger ones, don't like talking over the phone and would feel more comfortable texting. I have 2 slots available between now and Christmas for 1.1 CBT, Trauma Therapy, Behaviour Managemrnt, School Avoidance support.

Well thats a wrap for academic year 2024/2025. Well done to my students in your achievements thoughout your 12 week CBT course and have a lovely 6 weeks off before transitioning into different Classes and Schools.
