Anna's Haven A Journey of Self Discovery Anna's Haven is a Place of Self Discovery and Healing. From a young age I have always had an interest in people and how i can help them.

As I grew up this developed more and I based my studies around Social Sciences and Personal Development. I graduated with a degree in Social Sciences and Business Studies. After that I studied hypnotherapy and that is where my journey of spiritual development became more prominent in my life. My ethos in life is "If we do things in Love we cant go wrong." This may not be easy at times but not ever

ything in life is. My aim for the future is to help anyone who would wants to heal themselves with the skills and knowledge I have acquired on my life journey. I have studied Astrology for 9 years now and part of what I aim to do is let people explore and understand themselves through getting to know their natal chart better. Anna's Haven is a work in progress, the idea and vision came about after the loss of my beautiful daughter Anna last year 2022. I have always wanted to have a centre to help people feel better about themselves and losing my daughter has made me realise that life can change in an instant, for my own self healing I have found that through expressing creatively it has helped immensely, so I thought why not give people the opportunity to help themselves in a tranquil environment. I want this to be accessible to everyone. Anna, I found after her death had also helped many people without the family ever knowing what she did. She inspired many people on Social Media through her determination and the videos she shared. She befriended many people and encouraged them to achieve their dreams. Anna had many battles to face in life and she embraced whatever she put her mind too. Regretfully she died within 24 hours of sepsis and diabetic ketoacidosis. Even now a year on people still keep in touch with me about how much she is missed. Since the Pandemic people have realised how important it is for us to look after our mental health as well as our physical health. There are still repercussions even now. So I also run relaxation and meditation groups. Workshops are also being run to help with self and spiritual development.

Thank you everyone who came to our first Fundraising event at Anna's Haven . I feel so blessed we have raised £225 up to now for Winston's Wish a charity close to my heart. It is a charity for bereaved young people and their families, they helped me and my granddaughter a lot at a time that I didn't know what to do. It was a lovely day where old friends and new came together again thank you looking forward to more adventures in Anna's Haven watch this space ###💗💗💗

The sun decided to peep out from beyond the cloudy sky. He had a cheeky smile on his face. ‘I know what I can do to cheer things up in Anna's Haven. I will have a word with my son Ray to shine bright through the clouds and transform the sky with a beautiful rainbow. The fairies look up after hiding between the nooks and crannies in the sweet chestnut tree after the downpour to keep themselves dry.
Up in the sky there was a mass of beautiful colours cascading in an arch bringing a wonderful feeling deep within their souls. They could hear the roses and other flowers singing with joy after an extended period of missing the clouds full of raindrops. They were smiling as their roots stretched out and made them feel so much taller, the ever-splendid sun shining bright drawing them upwards to blossom. Little fairy Hope felt so blessed to be in this magical garden where things felt brighter when she visited.
The feelings of love and joy could be felt in every corner. Hope loved to keep an eye on the little girl Isabella when she was playing. She loved to see her when she was laughing and enjoying mother earth and all her splendour.
Her grandad showing her the different birds and insects. Isabella loved spending time in the garden with him. Hope knew there was an incredibly special Angel that appeared here too when she was needed, especially when Isabella was missing her mummy.
The angel appeared only when needed but was always felt. The garden helped to give Love and Hope to all who needed it, even if they couldn’t physically be there the love is shared within the hearts and souls of everyone who thought of this place. Healing is sent to all who need it. So, if you see a rainbow up in the sky think of all the love and healing it will bring you.🌈
