Client celebration 🙌; Karen’s consistent wins

When we first started working together, box squats were a challenge. The height needed to be higher, the confidence wasn’t quite there and every rep took courage.

But, she showed up, practiced and trusted the process.

And now?

She’s squatting confidently on to a much lower bench with control, strength and stability.

Steady, patient progress- the kind that truly lasts.

This is what midlife strength looks like.

Not showy.

Not perfection and certainly not comparison.
