Due to overwhelming demand, we are delighted to introduce additional classes on Thursdays, running from February 15th to March 28th, 2024! 🎉

Come try a taster class for only £11 or immerse yourself in the comprehensive 7-week session for £77.

Aqua Fit: 12:00-12:40 pm

Aqua Therapy: 12:40-1:20 pm

Led by Yvette Ferguson, a certified aquatic instructor/therapist with over 23 years of experience. Our small groups, limited to 6-8 participants, take place in the invitingly warm (32-34C/94-98F) Seven Sisters Pool Seaford
