What a lovely afternoon with 10 of our Seaham ladies who met up for a catch-up at Lickity Split 🍦

We treated everyone to a refreshment drink, and of course the ladies enjoyed some well-deserved ice cream too!

Sometimes supporting women’s mental health is about the simple things — good company, relaxed conversation, laughter, and creating a safe space where everyone feels heard and valued. These small social moments can make a big difference in reducing isolation and boosting wellbeing.
We’re so proud of our Seaham group for continuing to build friendships and support one another here in Seaham 💜
