🌑 Winter Solstice Sound Bath 🌑

On Sunday 21st December, we gather on the longest night of the year to pause, listen, and celebrate the return of the light.

Join us for a Winter Solstice Sound Bath with crystal quartz bowls, guided by Laura, resident teacher at the Dent Meditation Centre.
A space of stillness, resonance, and deep rest — held with care and intention.

✨ After the sound bath, you are warmly invited to stay for mince pies and mulled wine, as we mark the beginning of a new season together.

I moved to Dentdale in 1976 – a hidden gem, a sacred place – and in 1998, renovated and refurbished a redundant chapel, to make it into a Meditation Centre – an oasis of calm, a place of inspiration that was open to all. With the support of friends and a wonderful group of trustees, it became known as a Centre of Excellence, offering courses that ranged from flamenco dance and zen archery, to meditation and uncovering of mystical truths.
But after 15 years, I left to pursue my own search and others took over its guardianship.
But last week I was asked to take up the role of Director again. 🙏 So I'm here to serve once more. This beautiful sanctuary belongs to us all . . . so let me know your dreams for the Centre, you and others, and together let's make them come true! 🥰🌠💗
