The Vicarage Care is looking for Support Workers for a small residential care home for young adults with Learning Disabilities. We can offer flexible working hours including sleep in night shifts.
We are looking for passionate individuals to support young adults with Autism to become more independent. You will assist with various daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, managing a home and helping young individuals gain confidence in these areas to be able to live more independently in the future.
You will also assist residents to access the local community and expand their social circle.
We are a Selby town center based care home and just a short walk from the train and bus station.
Experience desired but not required as training will be given.
We offer flexible working hours. Weekend work will be necessary.
Currently looking for night time workers, 8pm-8am.
Please note all staff will be required to follow strict COVID-19 safeguarding guidelines and will also be subject to a DBS check.
Hourly rate from £9.25 per hour depending on experience.
