🚫 Do you still use cotton buds to clean your ears? If so STOP!!

🚫 Resist the urge to stick anything in your ears!! Cotton buds can do more damage than good, using them can lead to

‼️Compacting the wax deeper into the ear
‼️Danger of perforating your ear drum
‼️Infection
‼️Tips come off & getting stuck

Below is a cotton bud tip I removed from a ladies ear yesterday after she had used buds to clean her ears. She knew it had come off but wasn’t sure where it was so wanted to check. Lucky she did as leaving that in her ear could have led to infection 🦠

🌟 If you feel your ears are blocked get them checked properly!! Don’t put anything in them!

🌼 I was contacted this morning by a lady who was really struggling. She felt unwell, she couldn’t hear anything, she was dizzy and didn’t know what to do with herself 😕

🌼 Today is my day off but I won’t hear of a damsel in distress!! She walked out of the appointment like a new woman!!! She almost danced out of the treatment room then returned later with flowers & chocolate
