Ask me how I know

If you keep picking up the same injury… it’s rarely bad luck.

It’s usually:
• Poor mechanics
• Weak links in the chain
• Or a rehab plan that isn’t specific enough

Strong, resilient feet and lower limbs are built — not guessed.

When you understand how you move, and follow a structured rehab plan, recovery becomes predictable — not frustrating.

If you’re tired of recurring niggles, it might be time to look at your biomechanics properly.

✨ On-Camera Model Wanted – Complimentary Treatment Session! ✨

Hi everyone! 👋

On Thursday 5th March (11–12am) I’ll be filming professional clinical and biomechanical content at MK1 Gym in Brayton with a videographer — and I’m looking for one volunteer who’s happy to be part of it! 🎥

This will be a complimentary session, which may include:

🦶 Podiatry treatment (nail care, corns, callus removal)
🏃 Biomechanical / gait assessment with movement analysis on the gym floor
—or potentially a combination of both, depending on what we’re filming on the day.

And just to say…
There are no “bad” feet here. My job is to help your feet feel comfortable, healthy, and looking their best. 💛

If you ever feel self-conscious about your feet, this is a safe, supportive space. The aim of this content is education, awareness, and helping more people feel confident about getting the care they deserve.

The session will be filmed for educational and social media purposes. If anything more complex is identified (e.g. verruca treatment, ingrowing nails), we can discuss separately.

If you’re comfortable being filmed and would love a complimentary session, please send me a message 😊

Corn pain isn’t dramatic.
It’s persistent.
Annoying.
Distracting.

It’s the way you walk differently.
The way you avoid certain shoes.
The way every step reminds you it’s there.

And then… it isn’t.

I don’t just remove corns.
I remove the thing that’s been quietly affecting how you walk, train, work, live.

That’s the job.
Do it properly.
Remove the problem at the root.

Rehab doesn’t have to be boring.

But it does has to be intentional.

This is what adapting training actually looks like.
Working around injury.
Keeping momentum.
Building strength without doing damage.

Rehab isn’t about stopping.
It’s about adjusting.

I coach this every day.
For athletes.
For busy professionals.
For people who still want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

We make rehab accessible.
And yes… we can make it look good too 💪🏼

If you want rehab that fits your life and keeps you moving forward, you know where I am.

Progress doesn’t owe you speed.

This was me putting my Aircast back on after the gym this week.
Feeling deflated.
I really hoped I’d be out of the boot by now.

All my consultants agree I’m doing everything right.
I’ve just been dealt a pretty s**t hand with a complex foot injury.
So I keep doing my part.

Rehab done properly.
Fueling my body.
Limiting alcohol.
Not overdoing it.
Using my MSK Podiatry brain every single day.

But rehab has to be realistic. I also live with underlying disabilities, autoimmune and systemic inflammatory conditions.
They matter.
They slow things down.
And they’re part of my deck of cards.

Progress still happens though.
Week by week.
Even when it’s slower than I hoped.

Living this has completely changed how I show up for my patients.
The frustration.
The patience it takes.
The trust you place in someone when you’re doing everything right and time is still the missing piece.

At this rate my body does seem keen to try every injury going, knee included 😂
But I’m still here.
Still progressing.
Still rebuilding.

If you’re stuck, deflated, or tired of guessing, this is exactly why I do what I do.
You don’t need miracles.
You need guidance, patience, and a plan built for your body.

And honestly, I kinda get it...

Most people try to sort it themselves first.
Sometimes it’s money.
Sometimes you genuinely think you’re doing the right thing.

But please… I am begging you…
Your feet are NOT a DIY project.

The amount of people I’ve met who’ve used Stanley knives, angle grinders, cheese graters (yes really) is WILD.

And it’s not just “a little cut”.
It can lead to infections, ulcers, and real-life consequences...even amputation!

You wouldn’t pull your own tooth out.
You’d see a dentist.
So if you’ve got a foot concern, come see me.

And if it’s something you can safely manage at home, I’ll tell you.
I’m not here to fleece you.
I’m here to keep you on your feet 👣

Today’s mission is simple.
Do one small thing your future self will thank you for.

Schedule your foot care appointment.
Then put your feet up and enjoy the rest of your day.

Care doesn’t have to be complicated.
It just has to be done.

This is what rehab done right actually looks like.
Not rushed.
Not dramatic.
Just intentional.

Right now I’m training in an Aircast.
So the plan adapts.
The work continues.
And progress still happens.

Rehab doesn’t always move as fast as you’d like.
But it does move when it’s structured properly.

When things are ignored, the body doesn’t stop.
It adapts around the problem.
And that’s usually when other niggles appear.

You don’t need to “put up with it”.
You just need the right plan and the right guidance.

If you’re ready to move forward instead of waiting it out, I’ve got you.
