This from Jo Wulf - “With much pestering and encouragement from my friends (as we are all at that age where we know we need this!), Jo Wulf offering a new strength training class. A qualified gym instructor, she recognises that not everyone wants to be in a gym environment - I am one oAnd yet, we all know that it's time to start paying more attention to our bodies. Start now and stay strong for life! I coach many older adults well into their 80s and 90s and see how what they did in their 50s and 60s benefits them today. So, if you want to give this quiet, small, friendly class a go, just bring yourself and a yoga mat along to the very lovely, warm, tucked away Langcliffe Village Institute and let's start 2026 with some muscle training! And I promise, no pull-ups, press-ups or heavy weights! Just achievable exercises with adaptations to suit every level. Any questions - please don't hesitate to get in touch!”
