"Hello all , We will be having a power cut on Monday 13th April, 9am - 4pm, so we have had to cancel the morning bookings. We apologize in advance and thank you for your patience😀.

Jo has spaces in this strength training class if anyone is interested in trying it out this week. 10.30am has more space but there are a few spots at 9am too. Just bring an exercise mat and dumbbells if you have them.
