Are you struggling with your baby sleeping, or do they need more stimulation, or are they suffering with colic, or constipation? Then baby massage is for you.

It is a great way to help your baby overcome any problems they are having, whilst you also get some time bonding with them.

Do you also spend hours with baby on your own indoors, looking for things to do to entertain them. Bring your baby to my baby massage class, so you can chat to other mums, spend time engaging your baby and learn something new to use on your baby too.

Another one of my courses with some lovely expectant parents and grandparent finished last night, although its not the end of my support. I will keep supporting them up to their birth with anything that they need or that they are worried and concerned about.

Hearing "Thank you, you were amazing and we have learnt so much" always makes me feel special and enjoy teaching antenatal and hypnobirthing classes. I love to build up a great relationship with you and it makes it so much easier to talk about all your concerns and worries, and relax when we are doing classes together.

I've spoken to so many expectant mums who have said I'm just so worried throughout my pregnancy. You may have just found out you're pregnant and dreading that first scan after having a miscarriage, or you may just suffer from anxiety before pregnancy, and being pregnant has added to it.

Well don't sit there feeling alone, I can help, I can give you support and techniques that assist you in being able to be calmer and relaxed and even enjoy being pregnant. After all your body is amazing, it is growing a little bundle of joy that one day you will hold in your arms.

Do you want to be able to spend time relaxing? Well there is a fast way to get there...In my courses we learn how to get to your relaxing place using a 5,4,3,2,1 relax count.

It’s so much fun learning these techniques but even nicer when you master them and get to spend time in your relaxing place. It’s a free holiday after all. Who right now, doesn’t need one of those!!!

It also helps with anxiety throughout your pregnancy, from having those first scans, to every midwife appointment or a growth scan. You can use my course to help you with these thoughts and worries.

I have heard it so many times that it is pointless having a birth plan, as 9 times out of 10, it never goes to plan.

However, what if you looked at it differently. What if you considered it as a preference and its something you want to happen, and if it doesn't happen that way, you know it was because the path changed, and that you made informed educated decisions about the birth you had.

I've been told "I will refer you to everyone" twice this week from two lovely ladies. It makes teaching hypnobirthing and antenatal classes even better when you know people have enjoyed your course so much, they want to share it with all their friends.

If you are pregnant, or even you and your friend are pregnant, why not have a private one to one class with me and find out how much fun we can have learning about pregnancy, and how to make labour and birth more relaxing, and removing the anxiety around it.
