Beneficial effects include decrease joint stiffness, increased vasodilation, muscle spasm relief and reduce pain from ligaments sprains and strains. It works by increasing the local circulation of blood lymph and the captivity of the nervous system. ❤

Today I had my first treatment in our 'secret garden ' and I feel giving massage is like dancing❤
