Shout out to our brilliant local Physio Stuart who’s based in Spindles in Whitley.
As a Reflexologist I have a common interest in feet 👣 and there’s a lot of foot conversations. Alongside my own knowledge, massively enhanced by the information and guidance from Stuart with the exercises that I’m given, I am seeing improvements in my posture and pain levels. I am also now the proud owner or Barefoot shoes (2 actually!) and love them!
I have recommended Stuart to so many of my clients that I’m worried he’ll get too busy to fit me in 😂
That’s said I am not sure many people know that such a helpful person is right here in a local village.

I am now the proud owner of Bearefoot Shoes! Oh my word they are comfy… I’ve watched clients with them and since seeing Stuart, Physio at Back2Basics in Whitley I’ve taken the plunge. He is a brilliant physio who works from the feet up and as someone who is very interested in feet I am loving the information that we swap.

I can’t wait to have a walk outside in my other pair! Yes I bought two…
