When I receive a message like this, it really makes me smile.

As a Dispensing Optician, I’ve spent many years developing my skills and knowledge. I know the technical side of optics inside out, and I know I’m doing a good job because people can see clearly.

But as a Reflexologist, my journey is much newer Level 3 qualified in 2012 and Level 5 Qualified 2022.
And sometimes, like many people I experience a little imposter syndrome.

Messages like this are such a beautiful reminder that touch with intention really is powerful. To know that compassionate, focused touch can bring comfort or healing to someone else is incredibly humbling.

I feel very grateful to be able to do this work. 💫

News flash.. daughter number 3 is following in her mum’s footsteps and choosing to have two careers. Erin has a gentle touch and maturity way beyond her years, So when I suggested a new course that I’d like to do she said she’d like to train too.

So watch this space for Ginkgo Leaf Gua Sha Lymphatic drainage and Ice Globe Facial Massage from May onwards.

The new fancy electric couch will be ordered in the coming months too. 🎉♥️

It’s also:
- targeting specific reflex points with precision and intention.
