Kelly from Yinrgy Wellness will be guiding you on a breathing experience, using your breath as a portal to go deep within yourself before I introduce the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to relax and allow you to process the journey you have gone on with your breath.

Join us for a magical journey of deep breathing, deep releasing, and deeply connecting.

Life can become very stressful, however, if you take care of yourself first, life begins to flow with ease and grace. You are greater than you know when you connect to your truth - anything is possible.

First, you will be going on a guided breathing experience, using the breath as a portal to go deep within yourself to explore the deepest aspect of Self. Then you simply surrender to surges of pure sound enveloping the body mind and spirit, using Crystal Healing Bowls, Wind Chimes, Tongue Drums, Flute and Drum. RAISING FUNDS FOR CHRITY WITH.. FREE YOGA!!! 🙌

The response to this has been absolutely overwhelming.. 🫶
Donations were flying in all over the weekend and we have smashed through our initial target, so a gigantic Thank you 🙏 to everyone who has donated so far.. it’s created so much positivity for those involved ❤️
