A free, feel-good wellbeing reset – with a Nordic twist

Curious about what happens when you press pause on alcohol and focus on how you actually feel?

We’re launching Try Dry: Social Reset — a free, short wellbeing programme designed to help you reset habits, improve sleep, boost energy and reconnect socially (without booze being the main event).

✨ What’s involved?
• A gentle “try dry” reset (reduction, not perfection)
• Simple wellbeing check-ins (sleep, mood, energy, stress)
• Optional in-person Nordic-inspired sessions (sauna, cold plunge, hygge & walking)
• Or take part remotely with daily tips and prompts
• A supportive, no-judgement community vibe

💚 It’s completely FREE and funded by us
Because in-person spaces are limited, we do ask that if you book onto a session, you’re able to attend — so places go to those who can fully take part.
