Looks naughty. Tastes amazing. And not naughty at all.

✅ 3 egg sweet omelette (1/2 tsp lemon extract and a tsp of sweetener of choice)
✅ Brooklea 0% yoghurt mixed with ✅ lactofree cream cheese
✅ Blueberries and raspberries (I used frozen and just nuke for a minute or two)
✅ Topped with caramel syrup of course (link in my bio)
