Monday – 6:30pm
Bootcamp at Wales Recreation Ground
Start your week strong with a full-body outdoor workout.

Tuesday – 9:30am
HIIT Class at The Next Level Workshop
A fast-paced session designed to burn calories and boost fitness.

Wednesday – 6:00pm
CLUB HIIT at The Next Level Workshop
An evening workout packed with energy, music and high-intensity intervals.

Thursday – 6:30pm
Bootcamp at Wales Recreation Ground
Outdoor strength and conditioning to power through the week.

Friday – 9:15am
Soft Play HIIT at Killamarsh Active

Ladies do you have a favourite tune or a song that never fails to get you up and moving? 💃 Why not send it over to me & I'll stick it on the playlist for next week.

1. It has to be upbeat, either a dance/trance tune or maybe an 80s banger that we can find a remix of??
