Happy 70th birthday (🀯!!) To our Queen of bootcamp Julie Stanbra πŸ’–

We can't begin to tell you how amazing our Julie is! ✨️ Not only does she put a double shift in at bootcamp every week (rain or shine!! Literally snow/ice/rain/heatwaves we've done it outdoors in every weather!) She works incredibly hard - always pushing herself whilst supporting and encouraging others too πŸ’– Not forgetting to mention she wins almost every challenge I throw at them!!! πŸ†πŸ’ͺ

Thank you Julie for everything you bring to all of us at bootcamp, you're incredibly kind, caring, funny and very patient when were all being a bit silly 😜

MUMS You're all invited to a special morning of exercise & play in the soft play kingdom πŸ‹β€β™€οΈπŸ€‘

45 min workout for the mums - suitable for ALL abilities πŸ’ͺ while the kids enjoy the play area (which is fully visible at all times) There's plenty to explore with slides πŸ› rocket ships πŸš€ sea creatures πŸ¦€ and much more.

Babies in prams/seats & non walkers on play mats are welcome too πŸ‘ΆπŸΌ

Class starts from 9.15am (exercises start at 9.25am to allow time to get the little ones sorted) All class members can stay in the play area upto 11am for no extra charge 🫢

This is a full morning of exercise, fun & socialising for you and your little ones all for just Β£8!!! Amazing value for money πŸ’°

Every day should be spent taking care of our mental health but sadly it's something that so so many people struggle with πŸ₯Ή

Stress
Anxiety
Depression
ADHD
Bipolar
Grief
Lack of self confidence.....

Unfortunately the list goes on of things we carry day to day usually in silence not knowing how to make it better or not wanting to bother someone with our problems πŸ₯Ή

THIS NEEDS TO STOP! βœ‹οΈπŸ›‘

There are lots of ways to take care of our mental health - 2 of my top favourites are....

πŸ—£ Talking - to a professional or friends/family.

At WoW we love a good chat and a chance to vent, rant, ask advice, laugh etc in every class & session! It's just as important (sometimes more so) as the exercises! πŸ’―

πŸ‹β€β™€οΈ Exercise - moving your body!

It doesn't matter how fit (or unfit) you are, how strong or how fast. Simply moving your body creates a chemical reaction that literally boosts your mood and well-being. A short walk or a 10 min workout can make a difference to your day. The more you move the more you improve! ✨️

These 2 things are very powerful tools for looking after our minds aswell as our bodies- especially when combined πŸ™Œ

I'm lucky enough to work with some amazing ladies and everyone has their own battles. BUT what I can thankfully say is that every one of them tell me that after exercising they feel so much better!! (Especially when done consistently) We don't just exercise our body we exercise our minds too!!

Whether you want to have a good talk and get things off your chest or switch off for an hour and get lost in a workout, I'm here for both - whichever helps you best. No judgement and comlpete confidentiality! πŸ₯°
