With increasing osteoarthritis, I've made the decision to stop practising massage and so selling all my equipment. Hot stones heater, box of massage stones and full set of Basalt massage stone for sale. £90 for the lot. Happy to split and negotiate price x

As I'm still not able to do any massage following hand surgery, I decided to set myself a new challenge each month.
January - Read more (target 15 books during 2024) - 8 books read so far
- February - more self-care time - started breathing exercises and daily meditation 🧘‍♀️
- March - Do 10,000 steps a day - keeping up the momentum at the minute

Anyone any ideas for the coming months!!!
